Vicki exemplifies the mission and spirit of Kong Fit Club so we’ve chosen her as April’s KFC ALL-STAR. Vicki always has our backs and keeps this community top of mind. Although she said she used to do anything to avoid P.E. class, her fierce commitment and determination in class tells us otherwise!


Here is a recipe to one of Vicki’s favorite easy, peasy go-to post-workout shakes:

  • 1 ripen banana, diced

  • 1 handful baby spinach

  • 1 cup of un-sweeten soy milk (or choice of milk)

  • 1 scoop of Vital Protein Collagen

  • 1 tbsp of raw, unsalted almond butter (my favorite is from Trader Joe's)

  • 1 handful ice cubes

Blend and enjoy! Vicki loves making this shake when the bananas are looking a tad toasty, spinach a little wilty, or need to kill a hangry situation quick.
