We were so lucky to workout with celebrity fitness guru, Jason Wimberly at his insane new studio, The Wall. His signature 123 STACK class really pushed us to our limits with 10 minutes of Core Activation, 20 minutes of High Intensity Circuit Training, and 30 minutes of Indoor Cycling. As a dancer, I love that he threw in a double pirouette into a full layout mid workout. His energy helped motivate us to put the pedal to the metal and finish our session stronger than we started.
